Access mental health support through our virtual therapy sessions. Our qualified professionals offer a safe space to discuss your concerns and help you navigate mental health challenges with expert care.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & confirmations Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. You will receive an email and/or text confirmation after booking, and a reminder before your visit. Please make sure your contact information is up to date. Canceling or rescheduling To cancel or reschedule, please contact us or use the online portal at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This allows us to offer the visit to another patient who may be waiting. Late cancellations & no-shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be subject to a late cancellation / no-show fee. This fee cannot be billed to insurance and is your responsibility. Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking options or dismissal from the practice. Late arrivals If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your visit or reschedule so we can stay on time for other patients. In some cases, this may be counted as a missed appointment. Telehealth visits For virtual visits, please log in 5–10 minutes early to test your video and sound. You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your telehealth visit. Waitlist If you join the waitlist, we will contact you by text, phone, and/or email when an earlier time becomes available. If you do not confirm within the time given, the appointment will be offered to the next patient on the list. Emergencies We understand true emergencies happen. If an emergency prevents you from attending your visit, please contact us as soon as it is safe to do so.
